| My work focuses on helping building owners and managers find solutions to their roof and other building envelope problems. I prepare plans and specifications for re-roofing projects to assure owners and managers a level playing field on which contractors can bid. I also perform roof surveys and prepare roof management plans. These tools are used to control current and predict future costs. My emphasis is on maintaining and maximizing the value of existing roofs. Solving wall and window leaks is another part of my service. With over 30 years of experience, I can track down the leaks no one else can seem to find! |
