Peter serves as the president and chairman of Ogden & Company, Inc., AMO¨ and is well versed in real estate development, commercial and residential sales, and asset and real estate management.
An active member of his community, Peter is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chapter No. 13 - previously served as the 1993 President; was the President of the Building Owners and Managers Association in 1992; is on the Board of Trustees at Trinity-Pawling School in Pawling, New York; is the State Director for Wisconsin Realtors' Association; a member of the Southeastern Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors; on the board of the Historic Third Ward BID Board; is an active board member for Friends of Milwaukee Public Museum; a board member for Milwaukee Achiever Program in conjunction with Alverno College, Cardinal Stritch College and Mount Mary College; and, he currently serves as a member of the faculty for higher education for the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Speech Communication from the University of Denver. Peter also has his Graduate-Realtors' Institute designation, GRI, Certified Property Manager designation, CPM, and Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation, CCIM. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Peter resides with his wife, Terri Mahoney-Ogden, and four children, Meghan, Molly, Jack and Henry in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. His hobbies include sailing, carpentry building, outdoor camping and travel.

With over 25 years of real estate finance and property management, Marjean has broad experience in commercial, residential, retail and condominium management. During her first 10 years with Ogden as Executive Director of the Real Estate Management Division, she led the team that grew the division into the largest fee management company in southeastern Wisconsin. Recently Marjean has moved into a corporate advisory role, wherein she oversees the communication and technological systems, including acting as the webmaster for the company website.
In her career Marjean has always chosen to specialize in working for independently and family owned, fee based, real estate companies. "We have so much more latitude to do what is best for our clients and be creative in how we provide service that best meets our clients' needs."
AN IREM Certified Property Manager since 1991, Marjean has been the local instructor of the Institute of Real Estate Management course "Professional Real Estate Ethics" since 1992; twice Marjean has been voted in the top 10 national IREM ethics facilitors. She was the 2003 President of the Milwaukee Chapter 13 of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and was elected the 2003 CPM of the Year. Marjean is presently serving on IREM's national governing council and serves on several national IREM committees, including education and ethics.
Splitting their time between their Milwaukee Riverwest duplex and their weekend home on the Sheboygan River, Marjean and her husband Charlie enjoy birdwatching, traveling, books and nature.

Julie began her career in real estate management in 1991. She received her Accredited Residential Management (ARM®) designation in 1996 and was awarded ARM® of the Year in 1999 & 2000.
Julie has an extensive background in managing high end multi-family apartment, condominium and Tax Credit - Section 42 properties. She is instrumental in assisting developers in condominium conversions and new project start-up.
Julie is active in the local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) chapter, serving on the Executive Board of Directors, Real Estate Alliance for Charities Board of Directors and Community Affairs committee chairperson. Julie is also a charter member on the Community Associations Institute (CAI®) Board of Directors serving the needs of condominium and homeowner associations and CAI ® Education & Programs committee member.

Susan Fellows has over 19 years of successful management and customer service experience. Her passion for the multi-housing industry began with her first job as a leasing consultant upon graduating from UW-Milwaukee with a double major in real estate and marketing. Susan quickly moved up the ladder in property management to the level of regional manager handling multiple sites with full responsibility for property and staff performance. From leasing agent to directing the division, customer service to employee guidance and motivation, tax credit to market rate, Susan knows every aspect of this industry. Decreasing vacancies and improving resident retention are two of Susan's talents that have been evident in the bottom line of the Ogden clients' properties that she has touched.
Susan was born and raised in metropolitan Milwaukee and is proud to be a native. Her free time is spent relaxing and working on family property in northern Wisconsin.

William has over thirty years of practical experience in the commercial, retail and light industrial real estate management industry. He has a broad real estate background in both the public and private sectors that has included work involving management, leasing, acquisition and disposition, site selection and market analysis, and project management. William performed economic and demographic research for The Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and administered the City of Milwaukee’s Neighborhood Commercial Revitalization program for the Milwaukee Department of City Development. In addition, he has functioned on a professional level in the Operating Properties Divisions of two nationally recognized shopping center developers – The Taubman Company of Southfield, Michigan and The Rouse Company of Columbia, Maryland. For fourteen years , William managed corporate owned property for The Marine Bank and Bank One, first as President of Bank One Building Management Corporation and later as a Senior Asset Manager and Leasing Director for over 3.2 million square feet of bank property throughout the United States.
William has previously served as Director of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Milwaukee, a Chairman and Director of Milwaukee Business Improvement District #15, and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Wisconsin.
William is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and resides in the City of Brookfield with his wife Kathleen, a nurse-educator for Froedtert Hospital. He has two grown children – Jack, a mechanical engineer in Madison, Wisconsin, and Joe, a high school teacher in The Bronx, New York.

Lynnell Carleton

Lynnell Carleton is one of our affordable housing specialists. With a background in Section 8 and Section 42 housing, she came to Ogden after working as an Asset Manager for Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).
Lynnell has been in the property management industry for almost 15 years. She began her career as an on-site housing manager for a 40-unit Section 8 senior building and a 10-unit Section 42 family building. Lynnell assisted Franciscan Ministries, Inc. with their acquisition of older Section 8 buildings in the Milwaukee and Kenosha area.
Her willingness to listen along with her outstanding written and verbal skills was reassuring to residents and staff during a change of ownership. Budget creation, maintaining financial feasibility, being a resource for resident services and programming, creative marketing, preventative maintenance and setting high standards in curb appeal are Lynnell’s strengths.
In addition to managing most of the affordable housing for Ogden, Lynnell also manages 2 condominium associations in Southeastern Wisconsin. Her current portfolio consists of approximately 1000 units most of which are Affordable Senior Housing. She has her COS designation, MORS designation and is a licensed Realtor.
A dedicated employee with a strong work ethic, Lynnell enjoys working with diverse populations, and is ready, willing, and able to take on any challenge that she is given.

Lynn attended Winona University in Minnesota and is very much a people person. Lynn had a strong background of experience in sales, marketing and customer service when she relocated to metro Milwaukee from La Crosse shortly before coming to work at Ogden & Company. She uses her talents to best advantage marketing the company and focuses her primary attentions to developing new business accounts in the Property Management Division at Ogden.
Networking and promoting Ogden's full real estate services in the marketplace are two of the favorite aspects of her job. Lynn sets high goals for herself and Ogden's new business accounts continue to multiply due to her hard work.

Bev Habhab has been in the real estate industry since 1982 when she earned her Real Estate Broker’s license and started leasing apartments. Within three months of being a leasing consultant Bev was promoted to Property Manager. Bev has been involved in every aspect of property management. She has worked both the Madison and Milwaukee markets extensively and has worked with every type of property. Bev’s philosophy is to maintain a good work ethic, surround yourself with talented people and work as a team. These strategies have enabled Bev to specialize her work in troubleshooting problems and turning properties around. Bev has a take action attitude and still believes the old adage that the customer is always right. Bev is a natural leader and loves to train people in the business. Her expertise and upbeat attitude has made her a very successful trainer. She motivates and inspires all who attend her training workshops. Bev’s thorough knowledge and love for the industry led her to Madison Area Technical College where she taught property management. Bev earned her Certified Property Management Certificate in 1996 and has been very active in both the Milwaukee and Madison IREM chapters.
Bev was born and raised in the Madison area. She spends most of her free time at the hockey rink, football field, swimming pool or soccer field supporting two sons. She also enjoys a relaxing ride with her husband on their Harley Davidson.
