John is President of Ogden Development Group, Inc. with over 25 years’ experience developing retail, condominium, multi-family, hotel, golf and commercial properties in the United States, Europe and Asia. In addition to his real estate development business, John is Vice President of Ogden & Company, Inc. and Managing Partner of Hotel Metro.

John is the Managing Partner in a number of companies with interests in independent film production, golf course design and international trade. He maintains offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, France, Spain and China.

As an active member in the community, John has served on numerous boards for the performing arts, real estate and civic organizations. You will find him to be a creative counselor and an untiring advocate for his developments. John maintains his home in the City of Milwaukee.

Tom has been associated with Ogden Development Group, Inc. since 1999 focusing on the development process: feasibility, design, municipal approvals, finance, construction, marketing and property management.

He is also President of Keystone Associates, Inc., an owner of multi-family housing in Sherman Park, Milwaukee. He is a licensed real estate broker, an active mentor in the YMCA Sponsor-A-Scholar program, Elder, Immanuel Presbyterian Church and member of the Public Policy Forum.

Previous activities include serving multiple terms on the board of directors of the Milwaukee Rotary Club, Avenues West BID and the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin.

As past President and owner of Boulevard Storage & Moving Co., Inc. he also served as officer and director of a variety of local, state and national trade associations.
