Overview
CraftMaster Contractors provides various methods for customer's identification of our personnel. This is important to corporate clients as well as individual home owners for reasons of security and customer relations. We strive to maintain a sharp look and continually improve our appearance in the community. Our belief is the care we project in our personnel and equipment reflects the quality of our finished projects.

Uniforms
Each Service Technician, is issued several CraftMaster Contractors work shirts and jackets. These uniforms provide consistent identification of an authorized representative and of a well-respected organization providing quality workmanship.

Identification Badges
An additional method of identification of a CraftMaster Contractors representative is an identification badge issued to the Service Technicians. These I.D. badges are photo identification cards which are worn at all times. Each I.D. badge indicates the company name, address, telephone number, employee's name, signature, employee number and position with the company.

The I.D. badge represents another assurance for our clients. Many clients prefer to utilize the services of a particular Service Technician for various projects ordered at different times. The identification number is also written on the work order and transferred to the invoice number. The I.D. badge reassures employees of corporate clients that the presence of a CraftMaster Contractors technician is authorized and approved.

Company Vehicles
The CraftMaster Contractors' vehicles issued to the management team and Service Technicians are easily identifiable with the company's logo and telephone number clearly shown. These vehicles allow the technicians to stock recurring maintenance supplies and be prepared to begin working immediately. The company vehicles, vans and trucks are another method of identification of the company personnel.
