Work began at 7 a.m., Wednesday August 14th with the preparation of the set crew getting all the final procedures to be finished up prior to the first section to be lifted. Final checks to the foundation and other parts of the house had to be completely inspected to assure a problem free set.

First lift of the Living Room level on the main floor began at approximately 12 p.m. The 85 ton all terrain crane effortlessly picked up the mod and it was gently placed with precision on the foundation. All work was taken care of under the watchful eye of the entire crew and the consultant.

Second story is lifted to be placed above the first section at about 1:15 p.m. All parts of this quality home are built to exacting specifications in the weather proof factory which means your new home will not constantly affected by rain, snow or workers that struggle to work around the elements. All sections are built approximately 30% heavier to easily handle transport or the lift. The section fit perfectly to the first section and the set continued.

At about 2 p.m. the third and final mod was lifted with precision and care to avoid hitting the existing house next door and power lines that supplied another house its power. The lift went without a hitch and once again, the extra effort of the set crew and Craftmaster Contractors held even some interested bystanders completely in awe with the accuracy of the lift. All parts of the entire set were checked and re-checked to make sure that all parts of this modular house would be set perfectly.

At 3 p.m. the same day the last section was set in place and to the amazement of the neighbors and the spectators it fit perfectly. After a few minor corrections to a few of the outside parts of the house the set went without a hitch. In less than half an hour the crane and the crews left the area and a newly finished and most importantly weather tight home was on its foundation. Even with ideal weather a standard builder would take up to 2 to 3 months to be at the same stage.
