Ken supervises the Scottsdale, Arizona office and is actively involved with the Milwaukee office as well. Ken founded Higgs Corporation, a property management company, in 1980 before merging with Ogden & Company, Inc., AMO¨ in 1993. Ken has over 30 years of knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate management. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1978 and is a member of the Board of Realtors. Ken served in the U.S. Army and attended the Nicolet College for Business. He has also served on the Milwaukee Turner Board of Directors, the YMCA, the Milwaukee school District and several other community groups over the years.

Lori Percival received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from West Virginia University. She holds a CMCA designation and has been in the property management field in Arizona for 15 years. Lori cultivated the H.O.A. Division of Bernard/Allison creating a successful and respected local portfolio of communities that joined the Ogden & Company in November 2003. She works closely with many of the major developers in the Valley and she continues to supervise and oversee the operations and marketing of the H.O.A. Division of the Arizona office.

As supervisor of the Arizona Craftmaster Contractors Division, Eddie brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the Ogden maintenance team. Eddie has been working in the construction field for over 18 years starting out as a Field Engineer building medical complexes. He has also been painting for over 15 years and owned his own business while living in Kentucky for many years. Eddie joined the Craftmaster Contractors team in 2006 as Painting Supervisor for the Milwaukee division and quickly moved his skills and talent to Arizona late 2007 to supervise the maintenance services and grow the commercial painting division. Eddie loves the beautiful weather that Arizona provides and is an avid NASCAR racing fan.

Michael Ashley brings over 15 years of real estate experience with him to Ogden & Company, Inc. Michael holds his broker’s license, and has earned his GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, along with his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and e-PRO certification; which is the official technology program of the National Association of Realtors. As a multi-million dollar producer who is dedicated to quality services, Michael Ashley is ready to help buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.
